For example, this summer DHP opened a new customer service call center outfitted with the technology and dedicated staff to speed up call handling and improve your overall call experience. And, in cooperation with the Wisconsin Association of Health Plans, DHP renewed its commitment to cost transparency by publicly pledging to help members better understand the cost of their healthcare services.

Today more and more members are taking interest in not only maintaining their health but in administering their healthcare. The customer call center and transparency initiative are just two examples of the first-class support DHP provides to help you administer your and your family’s care day to day. In fact, DHP was recently voted the best health insurance company in the state by readers of Corporate Report Wisconsin magazine — an honor we have received two years in a row.
