Use Your New ID Card
In an effort to support our members’
desire to keep personal information
private, DHP implemented a conversion
of all member numbers to
unique identifiers.
All members should have new ID cards featuring a secure and unique ID number.
Please remember to present your new ID card to your health plan provider. By presenting the card to each provider, your benefits can be readily confirmed, and claims can be processed quickly and efficiently.
