Dean On Call

Dean On Call is a free telephone service that’s available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to Wisconsin residents. Experienced registered nurses are always available to answer your questions and concerns. When responding to your call, they draw on years of clinical experience in many medical specialties.

Just call 608-250-1393 or 800-57-NURSE ( 800-576-8773). After asking a series of questions, the nurse will help you reach an informed decision about your concern. This choice will help you decide whether to call your doctor, follow self-care instructions, or go to the urgent care or emergency department. Due to licensing regulations, Dean On Call’s triage services are only available to residents of Wisconsin.
