In 2008 our overall Consumer Assessment of Health Plan Survey (CAHPS) results improved. Our efforts to improve member satisfaction and overall member care are reflected in the 2008 results. We are happy to report that DHP is rated highest in the areas of Getting Needed Care and Overall Rating of Personal Doctor. The most significant result of this year’s CAHPS survey is that DHP’s Patient Satisfaction rating increased from 2007, and we currently rank number one in Overall Rating of Healthcare.New Surveys for 2009
