Put Yourself in Motion
In addition to making
smart food choices, you
should exercise regularly to stay healthy.
Most adults should try to get at least 30 minutes
of exercise almost every day. People who are trying to lose
extra pounds should aim for 60 minutes.
Before you start an exercise program, talk with your physician. Then be creative and choose exercises you enjoy. For example, grow a garden, take a dance class, or find a friend or neighbor who likes to walk at the same pace you do.
