What you'll need:2 slices whole wheat bread¼ banana, sliced 2 tbsp. peanut butter (look for brands with natural ingredients) 2 tbsp. cereal (natural wheat cereal flakes) What to do:1. Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.2. Layer banana pieces on one slice of bread. 3. On the other slice of bread, sprinkle cereal so that it sticks to the peanut butter and covers the bread. 4. Place the slices together and eat. Veggies in a Blanket
What you'll need:1 flour tortilla 1 tablespoon light veggie cream cheese¼ cup grated carrots 1 lettuce leaf (or a few baby spinach leaves) Your choice of vegetables (celery, pepper, cucumber) What to do:1. Warm tortilla in a dry pan or microwave.2. Add carrots and lettuce or spinach. Slice thin sticks of your favorite vegetable and add those, too. 3. Roll up and serve, or wrap in plastic for snacking at school or on-the-go.
