Healthy Holiday Cooking

Infant/Child CPR
Parents and caregivers can learn how to perform CPR on an infant or small child.Date and Time: November 13; 6:30 p.m.

PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)
This exercise class is designed specifically for people with arthritis. This program will help participants keep their joints flexible, maintain muscle strength and build overall stamina.Dates and Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
Location: Moore-Few Community Room
Class fee is $10 for a two-month session.
PACE Aquatics
This warm water class is designed for people with arthritis to help improve their mobility. Participants do not need to be swimmers to join.Dates and Times: Mondays and Wednesdays from 12 to 12:45 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m.
Class fee is $10 for an eight-week session.
Diabetic Education
Date and Time: Every Thursday.Must have physician’s referral.
