Childbirth Class
Intended for women in the last trimester of pregnancy. It is important to attend the entire series to get the most benefit for you and your baby.Dates and Times: One-day Saturday course, May 9 and July 11, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday evening class starts April 20 and June 15, 6 to 8 p.m., and runs in a four-week session

Sibling Celebration

PACE Aquatics
This warm water class is designed for people with arthritis to help improve their mobility, flexibility and stamina. Participants do not need to be swimmers to join.Dates and Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 22 – August 6, at noon
Call for class location. Class fee is $10 for a seven-week session.
Tai Chi Review
A refresher course for people who have already attended the Tai Chi class.Dates and Time: Thursdays at 9 a.m. beginning May 21

PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)
This exercise class is designed specifically for people with arthritis. This program will help participants keep their joints flexible, maintain muscle strength and build overall stamina.Dates and Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.

Alzheimer’s Information and Support Group
Discussion meeting for family members and caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. For more information, call Barone Alzheimer’s Care Center atRespite care is not available.
