Sprains, sore throats and minor cuts aren’t usually severe enough to warrant a visit to the Emergency Department. However, they still need medical attention. Thanks to the NowCare Clinic, a new service offered by Nevada Regional Medical Center, you can get the care you need with an appointment or without one for unexpected minor emergencies.

Open Monday through Friday, with late hours each Tuesday and Thursday, the NowCare Clinic makes up half of the NRMC Clinical Services Building, located at 345 S. Barrett Street.

The other half is dedicated to the hospital’s outpatient rehab service, Performance Therapy. This area has been remodeled specifically for the comfort and care of physical, occupational and speech therapy patients. It features a larger gymnasium and pediatric viewing rooms. It also offers a kitchen and a unique false bathroom where patients learn to take care of themselves despite disability.
