PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)
This class is an exercise program designed specifically for people with arthritis. This program will help participants keep their joints flexible, maintain muscle strength and build overall stamina.Dates and Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning Jan. 2, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Location: Moore-Few Community Room
Class fee is $10 for a two-month session.
Tai Chi
This exercise class helps people gain balance and mobility while participating in a form of stress reduction exercise.Dates and Time: Wednesdays beginning Jan. 3, 11 to 11:45 a.m.
Location: NRMC Third Floor Classroom
Class fee is $10 for a five-week session.
Alzheimer’s Assistance and Support
This is open to anyone with an interest or concern about Alzheimer’s disease. If this is not a convenient time for you or if you prefer a private discussion, call Maureen Short, BSN, LNHA, administrator at the Barone Care Center,Dates and Times: Thursday, Jan. 4, 1 to 2 p.m.,

Operation Fit Kids
Class helps children ages 6 to 12 learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.Dates and Time: Mondays beginning Jan. 8, 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Location: Osage Prairie YMCA
Class fee is $15 for a four-week session, includes t-shirt and healthy snacks.
PACE Aquatics
This warm water class is designed for people with arthritis to help improve their mobility. Participants do not need to be swimmers to join.Dates and Times: Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Jan. 8, 8 to 9 a.m. and 3 to 4 p.m.

Class fee is $10 for an eight-week session.
Arthritis Self-Help Support Group
Dates and Time: Tuesdays beginning Jan. 9, 2 to 3 p.m.Location: Medical Arts Conference Room
Class fee is $15 for a six-week session.
Childbirth Class
Intended for women in the last trimester of pregnancy. It is important to attend the entire series to get the most benefit for you and your baby.Dates and Time: Tuesdays beginning Jan. 9, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Mom’s Group

Infant/Child CPR
Parents and caregivers can learn how to perform CPR on an infant or small child.Dates and Times: Tuesday, Jan. 9, or

Sibling Celebration
