PACE Aquatics
This warm water class is designed for people with arthritis to help improve their mobility. Participants do not need to be swimmers to join.Dates and Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, January 14 to March 5, from 12 to 1 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 15 to March 6, from 2 to 3 p.m.
Class fee is $10 for an eight-week session.
Childbirth Class

Nancy Pitts, Diabetic EducatorPACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)
This exercise class is designed specifically for
people with arthritis. This program will help
participants keep their joints flexible, maintain
muscle strength and build overall stamina.
