Sibling Celebration

Designed for children ages 2 to 6. Helps children celebrate becoming a big brother or big sister. Class includes a tour of the OB department.

PACE Aquatics

This warm water class is designed for people with arthritis to help improve their mobility. Participants do not need to be swimmers to join.
Dates and Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, January 14 to March 5, from 12 to 1 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 15 to March 6, from 2 to 3 p.m.
Class fee is $10 for an eight-week session.

Childbirth Class

Intended for women in the last trimester of pregnancy. It is important to attend the entire series to get the most benefit for you and your baby.
Dates and Time: January 22 to February 12; 6 to 8 p.m.
Location: Third Floor Classroom
No class fee.

Day Care Provider’s Education: Infant/Child CPR Review Course

Date and Time: January 28; 6:30 p.m.

No class fee. No certification card given.

Infant/Child CPR

Parents and caregivers can learn how to perform CPR on an infant or small child.
Date and Time: February 12; 6:30 p.m.

Nancy Pitts, Diabetic Educator

PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)

This exercise class is designed specifically for people with arthritis. This program will help participants keep their joints flexible, maintain muscle strength and build overall stamina.
Dates and Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
Location: Moore-Few Community Room
Class fee is $10 for a two-month session.

Diabetic Education

Date and Time: Every Thursday.
Must have physician’s referral.
